Please allow more time for item delivery and be aware that requests can take longer to be fulfilled.
While MOBIUS requests happen in real-time, ILL is works differently. We enter a request that goes to up to 5 separate libraries in a sequence. Requests can stay in a queue at each library for several days before it is filled or moved on to the next library in the string. Additionally, items coming from a non-MOBIUS library will be mailed via USPS which can take more time too.
